01Why choose Viserbella
Viserbella is in the north of Rimini: quieter than the centre, with wide beaches, a seafront promenade for evening walks and everything close by. The Parco del Mare runs right in front of the hotel, a traffic-free seafront promenade with a cycle path all the way to the centre of Rimini.
Rimini centre, Fellini’s Grand Hotel and the nightlife are a few minutes away by car or bus, and Italia in Miniatura is about 1 km away as the crow flies. Choose Viserbella if you want the sea of the Romagna Riviera at a gentler pace.

All about the beach Beach clubs, umbrella and sunbed prices, free beaches and the Blue Flag: read our guide to Rimini’s beaches.
02The partner beach: Bagno 53 Neri
Our guests can use our partner beach, Bagno 53 Neri in Viserbella, a short walk from the hotel: umbrella and sunloungers at a beach club we know well. Ask at reception when you book and we’ll give you all the details.
You walk in along a wooden boardwalk between flower beds and lawn, with a rack for your bike. There are thatched gazebos with tables in the shade, a children’s play area and, on the terrace, a hot tub looking out over the beach.

03A typical day at Hotel Viking
- Morning: breakfast is included, then it’s a few steps to the beach.
- Afternoon: relax in the sunny pool (open from late May to early September) or the hot tub in the garden.
- Evening: dinner of home-made Romagna and seafood cooking, a drink at the bar and a walk along the seafront.
- Once a week: the barbecue in the garden.

04At the seaside with children
For families there’s kids’ entertainment on the beach, a fenced garden with a playground, table tennis and table football, and the Junior Suite with two connecting rooms. Down at Bagno Neri 53 there’s a big playground on the sand with swings, slides and play houses.
There’s always a lifeguard at the pool, and cots for children aged 0 to 2 are free. All the details are on our family hotel page.

05At the seaside with your dog
The Viking is a dog-friendly hotel: dogs are welcome (€6 per night), and there’s a partner beach where they can enjoy the sea too.
Dogs can go anywhere in the hotel except the dining room, as local regulations require. The garden is fenced and the car park is right outside the entrance.
