01Your dog on holiday with you
Looking for a dog friendly hotel in Rimini? At Hotel Viking in Viserbella your good, well-behaved four-legged friends are welcome. We know they’re part of the family and that, just like you, they deserve a seaside holiday.
For your dog we only ask a supplement of €6 per night. Guide dogs and assistance dogs pay no supplement. Before booking, tell us how many dogs you’re bringing and their size, so we can suggest the most comfortable room for everyone.
Where your dog can go: in the room, lobby, bar, garden and all areas of the hotel, except the dining room, as required by municipal regulations. During breakfast and dinner your dog can stay in the room or in the garden.
We’re open all year round: you can come with your dog in summer for the sea, in spring for the long weekends, or at Christmas and New Year, when the Riviera is quiet and walks along the seafront promenade are even nicer.

02The dog beach in front of the hotel
Not all beaches in Rimini accept dogs. With us that’s not a problem: in front of the hotel, 100 metres away, is Bagno Neri 53, the hotel’s partner beach that welcomes dogs, with suitable spaces and equipment. Your dog can stay with you under the umbrella instead of waiting in the room.
Ask at reception how to book an umbrella and sunloungers at Bagno Neri 53: we’ll help you arrange everything before you arrive, especially in July and August.

03Walks along the Parco del Mare promenade
Just outside the hotel begins the Parco del Mare, Rimini’s new seafront promenade: a pedestrian and cycle path with greenery and benches, perfect for an early-morning or evening walk, when it’s cooler.
You can walk along the sea in both directions, with no traffic. To discover the area, see the where we are page and the one on cycling holidays.

04Titti and Stella, our resident cats
We have our own animals too: two European shorthair cats live at the hotel. Titti, born in 2010, is affectionate and spends a lot of time in the lobby and the garden, waiting for cuddles and scratches. Stella, born in 2011, is shyer: she likes sunbathing when nobody’s around.
If your dog doesn’t get on with cats, tell us when you book and we’ll arrange to keep them apart.

05Arriving by car with your dog
People travelling with a dog usually come by car. In front of the entrance is the private car park, fenced and covered by CCTV, for €6 per night: you unload your luggage and your dog gets out right by the hotel, with no need to look for a space on the street.
The Rimini Nord exit of the A14 is 7 km away, about 15 minutes. In the tree-lined garden there’s always a shady corner to rest after the journey.
