01Ecomondo 2026: where to stay in Rimini
Ecomondo, the international trade fair for the green, blue and circular economy organised by Italian Exhibition Group, returns to the Rimini Expo Centre (Fiera di Rimini) from 3 to 6 November 2026, for its 29th edition. Recycling, waste management, water, land remediation, bioeconomy and energy: over four days companies, public bodies, researchers and administrators from all over Europe come to Rimini.
Hotel Viking is a family-run 3-star hotel in Viserbella di Rimini, 5 km from the exhibition centre. In November many hotels on the Riviera are closed: we are open all year round, with heated rooms, a buffet breakfast and dinner on request. Every year we host Ecomondo exhibitors and visitors, and those who come back find us just the same.
02From the hotel to Ecomondo in 10 minutes
For Ecomondo the hotel is convenient with or without a car: in 10 minutes you’re at the East entrance, and in the evening you come back to a quiet place, 100 metres from the sea.

On fair days, from Viserbella you travel against the traffic: in the morning you get into the fair without queues and in the evening you’re back at the hotel in a few minutes. At reception we’ll give you the shuttle timetable and stop.
03An eco-friendly hotel for a green fair
If you’re coming to Ecomondo, you’ll be glad to know your hotel is doing its bit too. Hotel Viking heats its water with solar thermal panels and produces energy with a 7.5 kWp photovoltaic system, with another 38 kWp planned.
In the car park there are 22 kW charging points to charge your electric car overnight, while soap dispensers and the garden with hundreds of trees planted over the years complete the picture. 04What you’ll find at the hotel during Ecomondo

On the same days the Expo Centre often hosts related conferences and events, and nearby hotels fill up quickly: if you already have your dates, book early. After Ecomondo, in November, the fair also hosts REBUILD (17–19 November) and IBE (24–26 November).

How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible: rates go up as the hotel fills, and for the biggest fairs hotels near the Expo Centre fill up weeks in advance.
