At Hotel Viking in Viserbella di Rimini, 100 metres from the sea, there are five board options to choose from: from simple B&B and full board through to all inclusive, with drinks at meals and the beach.

02Full board
Full board gives you breakfast, lunch and dinner. It’s the easiest choice if all you want to think about is the sea, the pool and a good rest. Every meal comes with a choice of menu (two or three first courses and two or three mains, depending on the season) and the large vegetable buffet is always there.
Water with meals, still or sparkling, is included and unlimited. Desserts, fruit and sorbet are always on offer. The cooking is home-style Romagna food, overseen by grandmother Nadia: piadina, tagliatelle al ragù, passatelli and fish from the Adriatic.
03Half board
Half board gives you breakfast plus one meal a day, lunch or dinner, whichever you prefer, with the same food as full board: a choice of menu, the vegetable buffet and water included.
It suits guests who spend the day out at the beach, theme parks or on trips and only want one meal back at the hotel. In summer, one evening a week (usually Thursday), we hold a barbecue in the garden.
04B&B: bed and breakfast
B&B covers your room and a buffet breakfast: warm pastries, homemade cakes and tarts, yoghurt, fruit juices, jams and marmalades, plus savoury options. Breakfast is served in the room with big windows onto the garden, and you can take it at your own pace.
Guests coming for the trade fair, for work or for a weekend tend to choose this one.
