They are our own shots, taken at the hotel: the pool, the rooms, the garden, the table and the beach right in front of us. 01The hotel
We're on a quiet street in Viserbella, a hundred metres from the beach and the Parco del Mare. The garden is tree-lined and fenced, with entrances on a side street away from the traffic.
02The rooms
Thirty-eight rooms, all with a balcony. Five are Junior Suites split into two areas, with two balconies, one of them large and facing the sea. The bathrooms have been redone in recent years, with shower cubicles.
03The pool and hot tub
The pool is 110 cm deep and faces south, in the sun from morning to sunset. The water is sanitised with an ozone system, which greatly reduces the amount of chlorine. Next to it is the free Maxi Jacuzzi hot tub. A lifeguard is always on duty.
04The garden and the bar
Under the white gazebo you can eat, drink and sit in the shade. The bar has a selection of barrel-aged grappas, gins, draught beer and cocktails. For the kids there's table football and table tennis.
05At the table
Romagna cooking, two or three menus to choose from every day, fish always available and a vegetable buffet. On Thursdays we grill meat and vegetables in the garden and everyone eats together.
06The beach
Viserbella beach is a hundred metres away, with no busy roads to cross. The entertainers work there all day, and in the evening the show moves to the pedestrian seafront promenade.
07The Antonioli family
We've run the hotel for more than thirty years and we live here. Two cats live in the garden, and guests' dogs are welcome: the beach in front is pet-friendly too.

The photos of Hotel Viking tell the story of a typical day in Viserbella di Rimini: the breakfast buffet, the beach 100 metres away, the pool and the hot tub in the afternoon, an aperitif at the bar and dinner with Romagna cooking.
All the rooms have a balcony; the Junior Suite has two areas for families. The tree-lined garden is fenced, with table tennis, table football and games.
