01The room with a sea view balcony
At Hotel Viking in Viserbella di Rimini all rooms are air-conditioned and have a balcony with a sea view. The rooms are on the second to fifth floors, served by the lift, and were renovated with a designer bathroom in 2017.
These rooms are designed for a good night's rest: adjustable air conditioning, bed with wooden slats, careful finishes and a bright, welcoming bathroom. They suit couples, solo travellers and anyone in Rimini for work or for the Expo Centre. For larger families there are also the Junior Suites with two rooms.
The sea is 100 metres away, the saltwater pool is in the hotel garden and in the evening there is homemade Romagna cooking at the table, at a price that stays fair.

03The balcony: sea, countryside and hills
All rooms have a balcony, from the second floor (the first with rooms) up to the fifth. Only the viewpoint changes: on one side the sea at Viserbella, on the other the Romagna countryside and, on clear days, the inland hills.
The higher you go, the wider the view. The balcony is the right spot for a morning coffee, for hanging out your swimsuit after the beach or for watching the sunset before dinner. If you would like a higher floor, mention it when you book: we will do our best to oblige.
04The renovated bathroom
The bathrooms were renovated in 2017, with careful finishes and good lighting. The shower cubicle measures 80×80 cm, comfortable even for tall people, and the soap is in dispensers, practical and with no plastic waste.

05Air conditioning you control from your room
The central Daikin system air-conditions all the rooms, and everyone adjusts their own from inside: cooler, less cool, or just the dehumidify function, ideal for sleeping well without sudden temperature changes on summer nights.
In spring and autumn, when the hotel hosts guests coming for the Expo Centre, for work or for treatment at Villa Salus, as well as air conditioning there is also radiator heating, so the temperature is always just how you like it.
06The “do not disturb” key
In the lock of every room there is a small key: if you turn it outwards a red mark appears, and housekeeping knows not to come in. No door hangers to hang up that get lost or fall off.
It's perfect if you want to sleep in after an evening out in Rimini, if you work nights or if you are resting after treatment. When you are ready, you turn it back and the room gets made up.
